Below you’ll find an overview of my key commitments and policies, designed to ensure a positive, transparent, and supportive tutoring experience:

• Inclusive Learning. I believe that education should be accessible to everyone. Drawing on my Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) training at Imperial College London and the University of Leeds, I strive to create an inclusive environment that supports students from diverse backgrounds, international learners, non-native English speakers, and students building confidence in technical subjects.
• Safety & Professionalism. Your safety, comfort, and success are my top priorities. I follow strict policies to maintain professionalism and transparency, including prioritizing online tutoring, offering secure in-person options when needed, and ensuring clear agreements before sessions begin.
• Under 18 Safety Policy. I provide special supervision arrangements for students aged 14–17 during in-person tutoring. Sessions are conducted in public, professional spaces, and parents/guardians are welcomed to remain on-site if preferred. A strong focus on safeguarding and transparency guides all my practices with younger learners.
• Code of Conduct. 
  

  All sessions are conducted in a respectful, supportive, and professional manner. Clear expectations for communication, behavior, and boundaries help maintain a productive learning environment for all students.
